Here’s a question for BCHD board members tonight – Q. Bakaly sent an email out saying that no project was approved at the June 17th 2020 Board meeting vote (where BCHD approved the project) and that no decision has been made. But, the state law requires BCHD to provide the public with an ACCURATE, STABLE and FINITE project description. Explain how NO DECISION can make the project description ACCURATE, STABLE and FINITE?
